Pam is the firm’s Human Resources Manager. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, attaining her Membership status in 2005.
Pam started her career in the retail environment where she gained a huge amount of management experience and commercial awareness. She then moved into a dedicated human resources role within the IT industry before making the move to the legal sector in 2002. Pam liaises closely with the Executive Committee to ensure the HR function adequately supports the business strategy.
On a day to day basis Pam works within the HR team to deliver an efficient service throughout the firm. Pam considers herself as a very experienced HR generalist, but she also good knowledge of legal compliance, with several years’ experience in quality accreditations, such as Lexcel.
