    Sarah has worked in family law since 2006 and trained through CILEx Law School to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. She became a fellow of CILEx in 2017.

    She is a member of Resolution and a committee member of Kent YRes, a part of the Kent Regional Group of Resolution, who promote a non-confrontational approach to family law.

    Sarah deals with all aspects of family law, working closely with the other members of the family team at Brachers. She has a particular interest in financial issues following the breakdown of relationships, and adopts a constructive and non-confrontational approach to all her cases.

    Sarah specialises in:

    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial matters upon the breakdown of relationships
    • Private children matters including contact disputes and living arrangements.
