    Tom is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team specialising in property-related disputes.

    Tom joined Brachers in 2017 having spent 10 years at a law firm with a national reputation for property dispute resolution.

    He has a broad experience of both commercial and residential property disputes acting for institutional investors, public sector occupiers, retailers, developers, trusts and individuals. He has advised on commercial lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and possession proceedings, rent arrears recovery, service charge disputes, tenant insolvency, boundary disputes, and disputes in connection with property development projects.

    Tom has spent significant periods on client secondments giving him a unique understanding of how to operate as part of the client team as well as an external advisor.

    He also has particular experience of major infrastructure projects through his involvement with HS1 Limited in connection with the Channel Tunnel Rail Link.

    • Landlord and tenant disputes (commercial and residential)
