We are happy to offer you a marketing introduction fee for clients recommended to us by you, if the case meets our usual criteria.
We pay an initial up-front fee of £200 plus VAT. If eventual profit costs recovered exceed £10,000 we pay a further fee equivalent to 2.5% of any costs over £10,000 (subject to a maximum of £5,000).
The referral fee ban does not allow us to pay you a fee where you provide us with the client’s contact details. However, if you simply recommend us, we will happily pay you this marketing introduction fee. We always check with prospective clients where they heard about us. If we establish your firm recommended us and we take the case on, we will invite you to invoice us for a marketing introduction fee.
