Property Fee Earner (Solicitor / Lawyer / Legal Executive / Paralegal / Conveyancer)
We are currently looking for Property fee earner to join our busy property team based at our offices in Maidstone, Kent.
Brachers is a leading law firm of choice in the South East, which prides itself on delivering quality service which provides value to our clients through continuous innovation, robust management practice and a commitment to excellence.
This role has a particular focus on dealing with portfolio management and service charges for commercial and residential property, collective enfranchisement, right to manage, lease extensions and the purchase of freehold reversions for investment. In addition, transactional experience in commercial property landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and secured lending would be desirable.
We will consider candidates of different levels and would be happy to receive applications from Legal Executives, Paralegals and Conveyancers as well as newly qualified Solicitors up to 2 years PQE. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and temperament to develop with us, full supervision, training and development opportunities will be provided.
Are you the right person?
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, passionate and driven Property Solicitor with a good basic understanding of transactional work who is looking for a challenging new role to develop and expand their property experience. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm.
You will have the skills and experience to be able to adapt to work on your own but be willing to contribute and collaborate to ensure the success of the team as a whole.
