• We have a rare opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy residential property team based at our offices in Maidstone, Kent.

     The ideal candidate will have 4 – 6 years post qualification experience within a residential conveyancing environment and be used to managing their own caseload from inception to completion. Alongside running their own matters, the candidate will assist the team leader on cases that involve trusts, small options, overage and development, so previous experience in these areas would be ideal.  This is a great opportunity who someone who can demonstrate that they are a technically strong fee earner who wishes to build on their knowledge and skillset.

    The ideal candidate will be ambitious, passionate, and looking for a challenging new role.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other teams within the firm. 

     You must be able to demonstrate competence in handling residential conveyancing matters independently with minimal supervision.  Whilst also being willing to contribute and collaborate to ensure the success of the team as a whole.  You will need to be able to prioritise your workload to ensure the delivery of excellent client services and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding agreed goals and targets.  Previous experience of using a case management system would be an advantage. 

     You will be involved in business development and expected to promote the Firm internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients.
