This is a unique opportunity to work with Partners recently out of London, who are continuing to build an exceptionally innovative and dynamic commercial practice, providing high-end commercial transaction advice. The team is led by Erol Huseyin, together with Alex Cosgrove, both of whom joined Brachers from predominant London/US firms and are looking to further expand the team after a period of sustained growth and success.
We work with a growing client-base of local, national and international companies and have a particularly strong reputation in the sustainable/renewable energy (including waste-to-energy) space. We frequently advise on transactions and contracts of national and international significance and we regularly work opposite some of the largest UK law firms.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in Commercial law, from NQ upwards, who would welcome the opportunity to learn about sustainable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing and SMEs. The team has an existing pool of work to support the growth of an ambitious solicitor that wants to take control of their own career path and progression, manage their own caseload with the support and guidance of the team’s highly experienced partners.
Consistent with Brachers’ location outside of London, the firm also has a realistic and sustainable attitude to billable hours, giving its fee earners the breathing-space needed to explore new specialisms and pursue exciting new opportunities as they arise.
