• We are currently looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ – 3 years PQE, to join our busy Commercial Property team based at our offices in Maidstone, Kent. 

    Brachers is a leading law firm of choice in the South East, which prides itself on delivering quality service and value to our clients through continuous innovation, robust management practice and a commitment to excellence.  

    This role has a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work. 

    Are you the right person?

    The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, passionate and driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a challenging new role.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm. 

    You will be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to be able to adapt to work on your own but be willing to contribute and collaborate to ensure the success of the team as a whole. 

    You will be involved in business development and expected to promote the Firm internally and externally in order to attract and retain new and existing clients.
