Debbie is a Senior Paralegal within the Probate team, assisting clients with the administration of estates.

Debbie initially joined Brachers in 1991 and worked in the Private Client team as a secretary from 1992. In 2004 Debbie left Brachers to spend time with her young family.
Debbie returned to Brachers in 2013 and joined the Private Client team in 2014. Debbie now works as a Senior Paralegal within the team having gained the CILEX Level 3 Certificate in Private Client Practice and the CLT Level 6 Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Wills, Probate and Administration. She is a member of the Probate team assisting clients with the administration of estates and the administration of personal affairs and Deputyship files for the elderly and vulnerable.
Debbie enjoys the variety of work involved in administering people’s estates and personal affairs. Clients often seek advice from her in difficult circumstances and Debbie prides herself on being able to assist clients with their understanding of the probate process in a sympathetic and understanding way. Debbie often liaises with charities who may be appointed as either executors and/or are residuary legatees or beneficiaries. Debbie also assists appointed Deputies in the day-to-day management of their client’s financial affairs.
