  • We have supported N+P Group in its supply arrangements for the Aviva-owned Hooton waste gasification plant. We have prepared bespoke and tailored arrangements which adapt to the varied requirements of the different supply sources required for a refuse-derived-fuel plant while fulfilling contractual obligations and risks that originate from N+P’s main contractual obligations.

    We also advise Subcoal Productions TSP Limited (a subsidiary of N+P Group) in connection with the construction of a subcoal production plant in North Tees. In particular, we advised on the fuel supply agreements and service agreements that Subcoal will enter into with its various contractors in relation to the plant.
