• Profile:

    Katie is a solicitor in the Family team at Brachers, joining the firm in September 2025. She advises clients on a range of family law matters, drawing on her experience supporting individuals and families through sensitive and complex situations.

    Katie completed her training at another local firm, where she gained experience across family, dispute resolution, real estate, and private client law. Katie also gained experience in  supporting elderly and vulnerable clients, having assisted with Court of Protection matters during her training.

    Katie completed her undergraduate law degree at the University of Surrey in 2021 before obtaining her Master of Law with Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Law, Guildford in 2022.

    Katie is known for her empathetic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

    Katie assists the family team on a range of matters including:

    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial settlements
    • Arrangements for children
    • General family law advice

    Katie is based in both our Maidstone and Canterbury offices.
