    Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive with CILEx in 2018. Kirsty has extensive experience having worked within Private Client teams at regional law firms for over 15 years both as a secretary and a legal executive.

    Kirsty won Paralegal of the Year award in 2016 from the Kent and East Sussex Junior Law Division.

    She specialises in the administration of estates of varying complexities including applying for grants of probate and letters of administration in intestate estates.

    Kirsty’s key areas of work include:

    • Advising on and administering complex intestacy cases.
    • Probate applications for non-domiciled estates where assets are held in England and Wales.
