Stephen Rogers

Profile:

Stephen joined Brachers in June 2022 as a Senior Associate in our Commercial Litigation team.

He has over 19 years’ experience in general civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on residential and commercial property matters acting for housing associations, lettings agents, social and sports clubs and other educational, charitable and religious organisations.

He practises and supervises on a broad and varied contentious caseload including, but not limited to: money claims, consumer rights, trusts of land, landlord & tenant, building & construction, professional negligence, probate and inheritance disputes, insolvency, employment, personal injury, clinical negligence and enforcement with experience in matters before the county court, high court, lands tribunal, probate registries and in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

He was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2024 directory.
