Compensatory limits to increase
Compensatory limits will again increase with new limits applying to dismissals and detriements occurring on or after 6 April 2016.

Compensatory limits will again increase. The new limits will apply to dismissals and detriments occurring on or after 6 April 2016. The table below sets out the new limits. It is likely that the figures shown in the last line will be of most interest, namely the increase in the amount of a week’s pay for calculating redundancy payments which will increase from £475 to £479.
