• Now in its eighteenth year, the Managing Partners’ Forum Awards 2020 shine a spotlight on the vital contribution of leaders and management experts to the strategy and smooth operation of the business and its clients.

Managing Partner, Joanna Worby commented on the nomination:

“It is always an honour to be shortlisted for an award, and especially one in which we are able to highlight the excellent work of our debt recovery team. While publicly people can have mixed feelings about this sector, the nomination shows the way we work with people, who are often going through a vulnerable time in their life, has not gone unnoticed.”

“Vast improvements to our communication and service with clients and customers has led to not only increased collections – which have almost doubled over the last 12 months – but increased customer satisfaction. Brachers has always been known for putting customers and clients at the heart of everything we do, so it’s reassuring to see our ethical approach being recognised.”

The Awards are the only competition that highlights management’s contribution to the business, its clients and community. Organised in conjunction with our knowledge partners Harvard Business Review and The Financial Times, winners will be announced at a ceremony at London Marriott on 3 March 2020.
