As the end of the academic year draws to a close and the summer holidays are on the horizon, now is a good opportunity to take some time to reflect on recent developments in employment law which continue to affect schools and academies.
In this session, Senior Associate Abigail Brightwell looks at developments in the law and reviews some of the key cases and issues schools and academies need to be aware of ahead of September, as well as providing practical guidance to keep you compliant.
