Their seminar focused on the importance of planning for the future.
Paul and Amy spoke about the importance of writing a will including the choice of guardians for young children, trust structures to ensure family members are protected and the appointment of trustees as well as powers of attorneys, inheritance tax and pensions.
There are many considerations for families when caring for someone with a learning disability. For more information about what steps you should consider, please read our Wills – an overview factsheet or get in touch with the Wills team to discuss your requirements.
Thank you so much for your presentation at the planning for the futures seminar. You were both fantastic! We both look forward to working with you next year.
