• Brachers is delighted to announce that lawyer Alistair Wickham has been shortlisted for the ‘Young Lawyer of the Year’ award at the Insider South East Young Professional Awards 2023.

    Alistair, an Associate in Brachers’ Corporate team, joined the firm as a trainee in 2016 and has risen through the ranks to Associate in 2022 in recognition of his strong contribution and vast potential. Alistair has gone from strength to strength, advising on all aspects of corporate transactional work, including: M&A, PE deals, shareholder arrangements, GP partnership agreements and corporate re-structuring. A genuine team player, Alistair has led and supported on many high-profile deals, including MWA’s multimillion pound funding deal, the sale of Xtratec to Phenna Group and the sale of C&D Logistics.

    Those shortlisted were individuals under 35 years old who could show they were making a significant impact in their respective industries.

    Winners will be announced at Reading FC on 22 June 2023.
