Head of Employment advises employers on how to manage staff absence after sporting events

In light of the Euros 2016, Catherine was invited to talk to Chris Price, Business Editor at the Kent Messenger, about the action employers should take if they suspect that staff absence is the consequence of excessive celebrations (or commiserations) following a sporting event.
Catherine also discussed whether employers should allow staff time off to watch sports matches and the positive and negative implications this can have for both employees and businesses.
