Abigail is a Partner in our Family team supporting clients on a range of family and divorce matters including divorce and matrimonial finance and pre and post nuptial agreements.

Abigail joined Brachers in 2023 as a Partner, having previously worked at other regional law firms, where she gained experience in providing legal advice on a broad range of family matters, including for high net worth individuals.

Abigail has a wealth of knowledge across all areas of family law with over 15 years’ experience.

Abigail’s particular specialisms include:

• Divorce and matrimonial finance
• Pre / post nuptial agreements
• Private children matters
• Schedule 1 of the Children Act
