Dawn Cole

Profile:

Dawn began her legal career as a legal executive after gaining qualification in 2009. Dawn then studied at De Montfort University in Leicester and the University of Law, London, subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.

She has extensive experience working at regional law firms on a number of property matters and most recently headed up the commercial property team at a local firm. Dawn is well known for helping businesses sell, buy, lease and develop all types of buildings and land as well as acting for landlords and tenants regarding leases and licenses.
