    Frances moved into our Commercial Litigation team in September 2021 bringing with her a background of over 20 years’ litigation experience.

    She previously worked at Brachers from 2002 to 2008 defending hospitals, GPs, dentists and other healthcare professionals in high value disputes before a period doing this type of work in London, after which she returned to Brachers in 2014 to continue working in this field.

    Frances now specialises in defended debt recovery and commercial litigation disputes for a variety of clients, ranging from multi-national firms to smaller local firms. She has a practical and sensible approach to dispute resolution and considers all options with clients.

    She has advised clients on disputes arising from overseas business. She has a particular interest in claims emanating from French speaking countries.
