    Gemma began her legal career in 2015 and has extensive experience working within family law. Gemma joined the Family team at Brachers as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2023.

    In August 2021, Gemma gained her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in private family law. Gemma has experience with out of court dispute resolution, particularly mediation and arbitration. She is a strong advocate of resolving matters without court intervention, where possible.

    As part of the Family team, Gemma will be assisting with a variety of matters including:

    • Divorce
    • Dissolution of civil partnerships
    • Financial matters arising from the breakdown of a marriage or civil partnership
    • Children disputes
