    Graham is the Director and Head of Operations for our Collections and Recoveries Team.

    He has more than 20 years’ experience in law and joined Brachers in 1993. He joined the management team in 2007 and the Compliance, Administration and the Insolvency portfolio management unit within the team all report to him.

    Graham was named as a ‘Leading Partner’ in the Legal 500 2026 directory.

    The Collections and Recoveries team recently won ‘Legal Firm of the Year’ at the Credit & Collections Industry Awards 2024 and were also finalists for the ‘Consumer Collections Team of the Year’. The team were also finalists for the ‘Vulnerable Customer Identification & Screening Solution’ and ‘Compliance & Regulatory Technology Solution’ categories at the Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2024. His team won a Credit Excellence Award 2020 for its debt recovery work.

    He is the go-to person in the team for implementation, management and compliance with the ever-growing information security regulatory requirements used in law firms and the consumer-regulated environment.

    He also leads the systems development and project management of the team which has led to some major improvements in our service delivery to clients.

    Graham is based in our Maidstone office.
