    Lisa joined Brachers in 2023 as a Senior Associate in our Employment team, having previously worked for a regional law firm for eight years. Having qualified in 2017, Lisa brings with her a wealth of experience in a range of employment matters including advising on day-to-day workplace issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures and redundancy; employment tribunal claims; and drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual documents, policies and settlement agreements.

    Lisa is a knowledgeable employment lawyer who advises both individuals and commercial clients (across a range of sectors) on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

    Described as professional, pragmatic, and commercially aware, Lisa understands the importance of identifying and delivering clear solutions for her clients. Extremely personable and trusted, together with an ability to provide clear and simple advice, Lisa is able to build strong, supportive, client relationships.
