    Lisa joined Brachers in 2023 as a Senior Associate in our Employment team, having previously worked for another leading regional law firm. She has a wealth of experience in advising individuals and commercial clients in both the public and private sectors, on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

    Lisa advises on a range of employment matters including advising on day-to-day workplace issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures and redundancy; employment tribunal claims including discrimination and unfair dismissal; and drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual documents, policies and settlement agreements.

    Lisa also provides support on large reorganisations for major international businesses and provides corporate support in advising on the employment law elements of acquisitions, disposals, and intra-group transfers.

    Described as professional, pragmatic, and commercially aware, Lisa understands the importance of identifying and delivering clear solutions for her clients. Calm, personable and trusted, together with an ability to provide clear and simple advice, Lisa is able to build strong, supportive, client relationships.

    She was named as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2025 directory.
