Matthew is the firm’s Building Services Manager. He has in the region of 20 years’ experience in facilities and building services.

Having taken up the leadership of the building services team in 2014, Matthew was promoted further in 2023, to Building Services Manager.
With nearly 20 years’ experience in building services, Matthew has been involved in some major projects. These include leading on the renovation of our head office, Somerfield House in 2023 and the sale and clearance of a further office building in Maidstone, Medway House. Matthew has received recognition from the firm, having won the annual ‘Spotlight Award’ – Brachers internal award scheme to highlight outstanding work and commitment.
During 2020 and the height of the Covid pandemic, Matthew was part of the core project team opening our Canterbury office. During this time he also implemented new and regularly changing Covid precautions and procedures across the firm and ensured the on-going safety of staff and clients.
