Narinder is an Associate in our Commercial Litigation team, having joined Brachers in September 2022.

Profile:

Narinder trained at and qualified with an anglo-nordic law firm in London before beginning her career as a solicitor in a London law and accountancy firm.

In 2017, Narinder joined a regional firm specialising in both civil and commercial litigation and during her five years at the firm, was promoted to Associate.

Having joined Brachers in 2022, Narinder is an experienced Associate specialising in:
- Professional Negligence
- Breach of Contract
- Debt Recovery including injunctive proceedings and statutory demands
- Breach of director duties
- Commercially aware advice
