Susan is a member of the general debt recovery branch of our commercial litigation team.

Susan is a Senior Paralegal in our Commercial Litigation team, dealing with general debt and insolvency cases, having joined Brachers in May 2022.

Susan has over 20 years’ experience in debt recovery dealing with both commercial and consumer debts and also has a background in Landlord and Tenant Law.

Susan has worked in house in a FTSE 100 company and a top 100 law firm.

She is known for building strong relationships with clients. Susan also brings a sense of commerciality to every case she deals with to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.

Susan is based at our Maidstone office.
