Brachers LLP Corporate Team advises on the Private Equity backed acquisition of Sharefunds Limited
Brachers LLP’s Corporate Team has advised Treasury Capital Ltd on its acquisition of Sharefunds Limited from AIM-Listed Share Plc.

Sharefunds Limited acts as an independent authorised corporate director (ACD) for a number of externally managed funds.
Sharefunds Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is also a member of the Investment Management Association. Treasury Capital Ltd is a financial services company providing high quality support and solutions to asset managers and distributors in the UK and Europe through its independent fund operator business, Treasury Capital Fund Solutions.
James Gardner, Director of Treasury Capital, said:
