Last year the Government announced a major update to the law on holidays to be implemented in 2024 through The Employment Rights (Amendment, Revocation and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2023. There are a number of key changes to this area of law that employers need to be aware of. In this webinar, Employment Lawyers, Colin Smith and Petra Venton examine these changes and explain how they will operate in practice.
