• Brachers is delighted to have been selected once again for inclusion in the Headway Head Injury Solicitors Directory 2024.

Headway, the brain injury association, seeks to improve life after brain injury. Each year, the charity publishes a carefully curated directory of solicitors with appropriate experience and expertise in dealing with brain injury.

This forms part of Headway’s clear recognition of the value that high-quality legal advice – such as that offered by Brachers’ Personal Injury team – is provided to brain injury survivors/carers.

Jeremy Horton, partner and head of the Personal Injury and Industrial Disease team at Brachers, said: “We are proud to be included once again in Headway’s directory – an invaluable resource for brain injury survivors and their families, who are often coping with extremely distressing circumstances.

“Headway share our ethos of always treating brain injury clients with the utmost care and sensitivity and we are pleased to continue to meet their high standards.”

As part Headway’s directory accreditation, Brachers’ solicitors abide by the Headway Personal Injury Lawyers Code of Conduct and engage in the charity’s training on the challenges faced by brain injury survivors and their families.
