Brachers shortlisted for two prestigious Insider South East Dealmakers Awards

Brachers has been shortlisted for two awards at the forthcoming South East Dealmaker Awards 2023 hosted by regional B2B media company, Insider.

The prestigious event honours the region’s best-performing professional advisory firms which have worked on deals involving South East businesses.

Brachers has been successfully shortlisted in the Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category, for their legal advisory work on the sale of Take 1 to Verbit UK. Additionally, Claire Williams, partner in our Corporate and Commercial team, has been nominated for Corporate Lawyer of the Year.

The award categories will be judged by independent judges, chaired by Insider’s regional business editor, Philip Cunliffe.

Winners will be unveiled at a gala dinner event at Copthorne Hotel, Effingham Park on 9 February 2023.
