Brachers advises on the sale of Systems Technology to DMC Canotec
Brachers Corporate Team has advised the shareholders of Systems Technology on its sale to DMC Cantoec.

Systems Technology is a leading managed-print and document management services provider with offices in London and Kent.
The premium devices, managed-print services, bespoke IT solutions, and innovation with a twist, to more than 1,000 customers.
The company was established in 1989 and has won multiple awards and accreditations for its exceptional service to its customers.
Matthew Simmonds, Corporate Partner at Brachers, said:
