Improving our clients’ property matters with the Perfect Portal system

Clients working with our Residential Property team can now expect a more efficient process when buying or selling a property, further to our integration of Perfect Portal in our systems.
Perfect Portal is a digital system that allows our clients who are in the process of buying or selling a property to have improved visibility over their conveyancing matter, with access to up to date information that lets them track progress at every stage.
As a conveyancing client with Brachers, you now benefit from a website portal or mobile app which gives you convenient 24/7 access to your account and notifies you when you have a new update on your matter. You can also securely complete required tasks such as ID verification, and viewing or signing documentation, as well as communicating directly with your lawyer via the in-built messaging system.
This simplifies and speeds up the completion of necessary tasks and information, allowing your lawyer to start and progress with the legal work much more quickly and efficiently.
Another benefit of the digital format of the Perfect Portal system is that it removes the need for in-person meetings between you and your lawyer. This creates a more convenient process for you and aids in progressing the matter more quickly and efficiently.

Perfect Portal will complement the other online tools we have already adopted to streamline and improve client experience. This includes Settify, which enables our clients to start the process of instructing a lawyer online via a simple questionnaire, for matters relating to family, wills, estates and probate.
