Solicitor - Commercial Property

We are currently looking for an experienced, Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy property team based at our offices in Maidstone, Kent.

Brachers is a leading law firm of choice in the South East, which prides itself on delivering quality service which provides value to our clients through continuous innovation, robust management practice and a commitment to excellence.

This role has a particular focus on commercial landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and corporate support work.

We will consider candidates of different levels and would accept applications from individuals that are newly qualified - 2 years PQE to those looking for Associate roles.

Are you the right person?

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, passionate and driven Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a challenging new role.  You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and other teams within the firm.

You will have the skills and experience to be able to adapt to work on your own but be willing to contribute and collaborate to ensure the success of the team as a whole.

You should have a proven track record of attracting and retaining new clients and be able to promote the Firm internally and externally in order to assist the introduction of new business.
