Resolution speaks out about the law on cohabitation
Rhia is an Associate in the Family team. She deals with all aspects of family law and is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to amicably resolving family matters.
Rhia read Law at Cambridge University and completed her Legal Practice course at the College of Law in London where she received a distinction in 2010.
Rhia went on to train with a local Maidstone firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2012, specialising in family law.
She joined Brachers in April 2015 and deals with all aspects of family law to include divorce and the associated financial remedy proceedings, matters concerning children, injunctions related to family relationships and disputes between cohabitees
